From a Leaf to a Finished Piece
Eight steps, one unbroken thread — the journey every Huiyue product takes, from a farmer's mulberry grove to your customer's hands.

Mulberry Fields
Each spring, tender mulberry leaves are picked by hand along the rivers of Jiangnan.

Raising Silkworms
On bamboo trays in quiet rearing rooms, silkworms feast on fresh leaves day and night for about a month.

The Cocoons
Each silkworm spins one unbroken thread around itself — hundreds of metres of silk in a single cocoon.

Reeling the Silk
Cocoons are softened in warm water and their filaments drawn together into raw silk thread.

Weaving
In Shengze's mills the thread becomes satin, twill and crepe — the fabrics our products are cut from.

Dyeing & Printing
The cloth takes on colour and pattern, then is finished and set for a soft, lasting handfeel.

Cutting & Sewing
Skilled hands turn the fabric into pillowcases, sleepwear and scarves, checked piece by piece.

To the World
Finished pieces are folded, gift-boxed under your brand, and shipped to customers worldwide.
